LIBERATION OF DACHAU FIRST ANNIVERSARY POSTCARD
German postcard commemorating the first anniversary of the liberation of the Dachau concentration camp. Commemorative stamps on the reverse 'Day of Liberation I.I.O. Dachau 29.4.1945-46.' Published by the International Inform[ation] Office, Dachau. The cover shows a guard tower with barracks and barbed wire fence with the statue of liberty on the right-hand side superimposed and reads 'Dachau 29.IV.1945/46'. 4.25 x 5.75 inches, very good.
