(1906 - 1990) American Air Force general, advocate of strategic bombing during World War II and in command of strategic bombing operations against Japan, served as Chief of Staff of the U.S. Air Force from 1961 to 1965. Signature in the bottom margin in blue ink of a b/w photograph, 4 x 5 inches.
