Guido Odierna (1913-1991) was an Italian painter best known for his dramatic landscape and seascape paintings of Capri, Rome, and Venice. Odierna’s work sought to capture the specific atmosphere and color of each location, from the foggy white skies of Venice to the deep transparent blues of the Mediterranean water.
