RARE Lionel postwar 1959 O X-811NA department store promotional display set. Comes from the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago and is in very nice shape and includes the following, original box that does have some graffiti on one top flap as seen in the photos as well as a minor amount of surface skinning, it also has a tear on one top flap. The original corner that was taped has split, and the end adjacent to the split has a crease running parallel to the long edge, both display boards are in excellent plus condition, with little to no wear at all. Trains include 1662 General with a slightly bent steam whistle, 1662T Western & Atlantic tender, 1865 coach, 1866 US Mail/baggage car, 1877 horse car with original bachmann plasticville horses and all railings intact with no broken tabs. 963 frontier set with all plastic pieces but missing the original instruction sheet, 12 curved and 12 straight sections of Super O track, power and uncoupling track sections plus buss bars, 1015 transformer, comes with original boxes for everything except the locomotive. Inner boxes are good to very good as seen in the photos.
