The author, Rabbi Issachar Dov of Z
latachov, author of "Mevasser Tzedek", one of the greatest Rabbis of Hasidism, his disciple Rabbi Chaim of Chernovitz, recounts about the ruach hakodesh he saw in his Rebbi. A disciple of the Maggid from Mezritz and a fellow Torah scholar of the Kedushas Levy, negotiated halachically with the greats of the generation, immigrated to Safed and passed away there in 1795.
