Halachic clarification regarding the laws of "pitzuah daka and metzorah" by Rabbi Yaakov Emden. Printed in Altona by the press that the Yaavetz established in his home. Second edition, with supplements by the author that did not appear in the first edition.
The Yaavetz wrote a response regarding the laws of Even HaEzer [Negaim and Tzaraas] and published it in 1736. After it was published, many scholars disagreed with his work. In this edition, the Yaavetz clarifies the claims of those that disagree with him and offers his responses.
The title page notes that the work was first printed in "Kushta-Dina". This is actually a play-on-words on the Aramaic phrase "Kushta-Dina", meaning "din emet", however it was printed in Altona.
Old cardboard binding. Worming holes in the binding and a number of leaves, lightly affecting text. Aging stains, tape reinforcements.
