PAUL LUDWIG EWALD VON KLEIST
(1881 - 1954) German field marshal, Panzer commander, and supreme commander over several armies and army groups. Captured by the US in 1945, he later died in captivity as the highest-ranking POW in the Soviet Union. Signed postcard, Ernst Steininger Verlag, ca. 4 x 6 inches, portrait in uniform, signature in blue ink at the bottom, the last letter scratching the paper, else very good.
