RUSSIAN ORTHODOX BRONZE ENAMEL CROSS CRUCIFIX
Antique Russian Orthodox enameled bronze Old Believers cross with a relief image of the crucified Jesus Christ and symbols of the Holy Trinity. The God Father is placed in the form of the King of Glory with kneeling figures of angels in the upper part of the cross. An image of another hypostasis of one God - the Holy Spirit in the form of a dove below. Further - the God-Son crucified on the cross - Jesus Christ. This is a kind of scheme of the Trinity. Engraved text and cross on verso. Circa: the 19th century.
