A GERMAN NAZI WWII SS DIVISION VIKING BADGE
A German Third Reich WWII SS Tank Division Viking badge enameled with blue color on the obverse with the image of the Viking ship with the SS sign with the double Sig rune on the sails, and the inscription on the metal edging of the badge - Denn wir fahren gegen Engelland, Because we are going against Engelland. On the backside of a badge, there are a horizontal pin and German hallmarks, patent stamp Ges. Gesch. Armed SS, the Waffen-SS was the military branch of the Nazi Party's SS organization.Wir Fahren Gegen Engelland, its a song for sailors written by Herman Loens, later set to music by Herms Neil and titled Engellandlied. Since 1939, used by Nazi propaganda to campaign for agitation concerning the planned invasion of Great Britain.
