חלק שלחן ערוך זה נדיר – במפעל הביבליוגפיה לא ראו חלק זה.
קצו, [1] דף. שער במסגרת ארכיטקטונית. מעט הגהות בכתב יד. בסוף הספר חתימה "
רבי יעקב כרמי". 17 ס"מ. בשולי הדפים נדפסו פירושי מילים קשות. בכמה דפים קציצת שולים עם חסרון מועט בטקסט השולים. כריכת עור עתיקה רופפת. כתמים ופגמים בשני דפים אחרונים.
