Both sections were printed to be in one volume.
R' Yonason Steif (1877-1958) was renowned as a great Rav and was held in great esteem. He served as Rosh Beis Din in Budapest. After miraculously surviving the Holocaust, he served as Rav of the Viener Kehilla in New York until his passing.
