Prayers for weekdays, Shabbats and festivals, per the custom of the four Jewish communities in the Vinassan region in the South of France, Aix, 1855. Three parts bound together. Complete copy. Important and sought-after siddur.
This siddur is according to the text of the four Jewish communities of the Vinassan region of Southern France: Carpentras, Avignon, L'Isle and Cavaillon, with unique customs to these communities. The prayers are in Hebrew only; the instructions are also in French. On leaves 139-144: "A community Yom Tov for a miracle that occurred on Carpentras on 15 Kislev 1715"; "A community Yom Tov for a miracle that occurred on 9 Nissan 1682." Pp. 160-176: Seder Chatanim.
