AN ANTIQUE JAPANESE CARVED WOOD NETSUKE
Fine Japanese Meiji period netsuke hand-carved from wood with the figure of chestnut (kuri). With two holes for using rope to hang the item. Has a beautifully polished surface with a carved hieroglyphic mark of the master. Circa: the 19th century.
