The formation of the Polish Army on the territory of the USSR under the leadership of Anders lay in ruins. The soldiers wanted to reach France as soon as possible and fight the German occupier through Iran and near it. However, fate scattered them all over the world. The offered envelopes were just posted from one of the camps of Polish soldiers' settlements in Kenya in Nairobi
