A RUSSIAN LACQUERED BOX DEPICTING NUDE WOMEN
A hand-painted Russian papier-mache lacquer box. An exquisite hand-painted scene depicting a party with nude maidens. Made by Vishnyakov factory, marked on the interior of the lid, the 1880s-1890s.
Dimensions: 5 1/2 x 3 5/8 x 3 1/2 in., (14 x 9.2 x 9 cm.)
