"Kvittel" note with names for prayer written by the Chazon Ish
Kvittel (note) with names for prayer written by Rabbi Avraham Yeshayah Karelitz, the Chazon Ish. The people's names along with their mothers' names.
The names are written on the back of a mohel's business card. Written by the Chazon Ish.
Many people visited the Chazon Ish and asked for blessings. Some people wrote their own names, and sometimes the Chazon Ish himself wrote their names so that he could pray for them.
