כתב יד, כולל פיוטים שונים בעברית ומעט בלאדינו. כתיבה מרובעת. עם מפתחות לפיוטים. כותב לא מזוהה. ארצות המזרח, ראשית המאה ה – 20.
למעלה מ 100 עמודים כתובים. בלתי שלם (חסר התחלה עד דף ז). מצב משתנה בין הדפים טוב-בינוני, ומעט גרוע. רוב הדפים במצב טוב. קרעים עם חסרון טקסט. דפים מנותקים. דף יבש. כריכה עתיקה.
