U-BOAT AWARD BADGE
Solid brass, early U-Boat Award Badge by Schwerin, Berlin. The badge displays an oval wreath with eagle and swastika at top and a U-boat in profile at center. The badge is gilt-finished and burnished. Reverse bears a vertical flat tapered pin, with manufacturer's name: 'Schwerin Berlin 68' stamped to the body. Wire catch. Near new condition.
