REICHSLUFTSCHUTZBUND GORGET
Rare Reichsluftschutzbund (RLB) Standard Bearer Gorget with chain. The face of the gorget bears the emblem of the organization, the 'sunburst' bearing a blue enameled 'RLB' with mobile swastika at center, slightly chipped. Two brass decorative circular 'buttons' at top are present, one indented slightly. Some oxidation across the surface does not detract. The linked steel chain is about 20 inches long, in excellent condition. The black felt on verso is only very lightly worn. Center hook is stamped: 'D.R.G.M.' Overall very good condition.
