OTTO KOHLERMANN
(1896 - 1984) Wehrmacht General and Knight's Cross recipient, commanded the 60th Infantry Division and the Panzer-Grenadier-Division Feldherrnhalle during the war. T.L.S. 'O. Kohlermann' in German, 1p. large 4to., Augsburg, Sept. 18, 1960, to a researcher, asking that they communicate in German for future correspondence and expressing his willingness to answer any questions. Signed at the conclusion in black ink. Light mailing folds, else fine.
