19th c. Flying Eagle Copper / Brass Weathervane
19th Century Copper and Brass Eagle Weathervane | This Flying Eagle weathervane is a full bodied eagle with spread wings perched atop a banded sphere. Below the sphere is an arrow atop are compass directionals and a second matching banded sphere | The Eagle is beautifully detailed and well crafted. The feathers and talons are well defined. Very nice natural patina. The weathervane is structurally sound and in very nice antique condition | Approx. Size: Eagle wingspan 21" W | Complete with spheres, rod, arrow and directionals.
