1. Comments on one section that he had already printed, in which he mentions a comment he received from 'The gaon Rabbi Y. M. Mushkin.'

2. Ma'arachah: Criticism of the novellum by "one of the geonim of the time, the true gaon, the author of Amudei Or, ' on the topic of a lulav given as a gift on condition that it be returned.

3. Criticism of a novellum by Sha'ag"a on the law of one who cooks something on Yom Tov that is permitted d'Oraita but forbidden d'Rabbanan.

4. Arichut Devarim: Criticism of the novellum by R' Shmuel Salant on the topic of taking a tallit without tzitzit into the public domain.

5. 2 letters containing a Torah deliberation with Rabbi Tukachinsky.

6. Lengthy discussion of chametz on Pesach and related topics.

Letter in which he expresses his great distress regarding the poverty in his home [in Jaffa], and asks Rabbi Tukachinsky to supervise 'my son Chaim Ya'akov, who currently studies in the Churvah Talmud Torah.' From his story, we learn that his son Chaim Ya'akov was very talented. However, he became quite ill at a young age, and passed away in 1908 when he was 23 years old.
