Teshuvos and Chidushei MaHarit, Furth 1768.
Teshuvos and Chiddushim by R. Yosef of Trani (MaHarit), one of the great sages of Tzfas during the time of the Beis Yosef. Arranged for print by R. Itzik Salzburg, son-in-law of R. Yosef Steinhardt Rabbi of Furth. Printed with his approbation, as well as that of R. Nesanel Weil of Karlsruhe. Printed at the end of volume I is novella of the MaHarit on Masechta Shabbos, Kiddushin, and Kesubos.
Ownership inscription of "Yisrael Yosef Lipshitz of Lipna" and stamp of "Yehuda Leibush ben Yisrael Mordechai Morgenstern of Lodz" seen on tilte page. Annotations and notes on flyleaf of Vol. I.
In very good condition. 2 large volumes, old binding with signs of wear. 32 cm.
