* Sefer Hakdamot V'Shearim, which is a section of the book Leshem Shevo V'Achlama, by the greatest kabbalist of recent generations, Rabbi Shlomo Elyashiv. Piotrkow, 1909.

Unique Features: Corrections in the handwriting of the author on page 17 and page 87.

Background: The kabbalist Rabbi Shlomo Elyashiv [1841-1926], an alumnus of the Telz yeshiva, was one of the greatest kabbalists in Lithuania. He served as rabbi of Shavel (Siauliai) and Gomel. He immigrated to Jerusalem in 1924, and became known as one of its greatest kabbalists. He wrote the books Leshem Shevo V'Achlama, about which Rabbi Kook said, "Such a book of kabbalah has not been published since the days of Rabbi Moshe Cordovero." His grandson was Rabbi Yosef Shalom Elyashiv.

Unique Features: Addition in the author's handwriting on page 249 in part two.

Condition: Sefer Hakdamot V'Shearim is in very fine condition. The book Leshem has minimal worming holes, restored tears on a number of leaves with lack. Moderate condition.
