Content: Rebbetzin Rasha Leah, the Chazon Ish's mother, wrote this letter to family members [Dear children...]. She mentions her son-in-law Rabbi Shmuel and her daughter Rebbetzin Tzivia [Greineman].
Background: Rabbi Shmuel Greineman, brother-in-law and confidante of the Chazon Ish, worked closely with the Chofetz Chaim and Rabbi Chaim Ozer Grodzinski. He helped his renowned brother-in-law all his years in Israel as well as while abroad. As known, the books by the Chazon Ish were printed anonymously, but the publisher's name is mentioned - Rabbi Shmuel Greineman. Rabbi Chaim Shaul Greineman was among his sons.
Condition: Fine. Aging stains, fold marks, a few ink smears.
