Vestnik Evropy (Vestnik Evropy) was a Russian literary and political monthly of moderate liberal orientation, published from 1866 to 1918 in Saint Petersburg (continued the tradition of the magazine of the same name, founded in 1802 by N. M. Karamzin). It was published quarterly until 1868, and monthly since 1869. The editor and publisher of M. M. Stasyulevich (from 1866 to 1908). The magazine focused primarily on history and politics.

The literary Department published I. S. Turgenev, I. A. Goncharov, A. N. Ostrovsky, A. A. Tikhonov, P. D. Boborykin, V. S. Solovyov; in the 1880s-M. E. Saltykov — Shchedrin. 
Articles on financial and economic issues and journalism by G. B. Iollos, A. F. zhokhov, A.V. Zhirkevich, and P. H. Schwanebach were also published.
