This is a German WWII Deutschland Flug 1938 Plaque, featuring a blue border which reads Nationalsozialistisches Fliegerkorps Deutschlandflug 1938, and a winged Icarus man in the center with a swastika below. The plaque commemorates the 1938 flying competition held by the National Socialist Flying Corps.
