A MAGNA CHARTA DAMES MEMBERSHIP 14K GOLD BADGE
An early 20th-century gold badge of an oval shape. The obverse features a red enamel shield with a golden lion standing on its hind legs. The shield is imposed on the crossed ax and spear, on top is a relief knight's helmet. The edges of the badge are bordered with a white enamel ribbon inscribed "-1215- THE NATIONAL SOCIETY MAGNA CHARTA DAMES -1909-". On the reverse, there is the manufacturer's stamp "AUG.C.FRANK. / PHILADELPHIA". Weight: 0.4 o., 12 g.
