a. Sefer HaEched by Rabbi Avraham Ibn Ezra translated to German. Berlin 1921.
Abraham Ibn ezra buch der einheit – Ernst muler – berlin.
Rabbi Avraham Ibn Ezra's book on mathematics, in which he researches the properties of the first ten numbers and brings his conclusions in his short wording about the uniqueness of the number one: "it counts itself and nothing else counts it, it is a root, and basic, and square and cubic and it is the reason for every even number and every odd number".
This translation is accompanied by an extensive introduction and with pleasant diagrams. The book was translated by Ernest Miller, an important author, intellectual, and Kabbalistic researcher in Germany, writer of articles in the Jewish and Zionist newspapers, who lived and worked in Vienna, in London and in Israel.

Shmuel David Luzzatto (Shadal, 1800-1866) was the head of the Beit Midrash for rabbis in Padua in Italy, a poet, a biblical commentator, a Hebrew linguist, a philosopher, a literary researcher and translator.
