1917 POLISH POSTER EST. REGENCY COUNCIL
A Polish poster from 1917 informing about the transfer of power in the territory of the Kingdom of Poland into the hands of the newly established Polish Regency Council. The ordinance signed by the current German governor von Beseler. This is the next step to regaining the independence of Poland in 1918. The dimensions of the poster are 94 x 63 cm. Folded paper, but without tears or dropouts.
