Great set of 22 commercial photographs taken from the Graf Zeppelin, published by the 'Abteilung des Luftschiffbau', taken during its flight from October 1928. These photographs are housed within an envelope, bearing the title: 'Originalaufnahmen von der Weltfahrt des Luftschiffes LZ 127 'Graf Zeppelin' ('Original images from the world trip of the airship LZ 127 'Graf Zeppelin'). The interior of the envelope bears an index, identifying the various photographs within. Includes images of New York, Madeira, Washington, Philadelphia, etc, as well as Lakehurst, NJ - the site of the later Hindenburg disaster. Two photographs from the set unfortunately absent, else very good.
