FRAGMENT OF SOYUZ-28 HEAT SHIELD
A neat piece, a 1 x .5 in. metal fragment of the heat shield from the Soyuz-28 space mission, encapsulated, then mounted to a white card with photo corners to a total size of 3.5 x 3.25 in. A caption on the card indicates that the fragment was removed by 'former GDR aviator G. Beierlein from capsule at Czeckoslovakian Space Museum.' Very good.
