'STOP THE ARMS RACE!' SOVIET PROPAGANDA POSTER
Soviet propaganda poster, 34 x 22.75 in., a depiction of an army of hands signing a document entitled 'New Stockholm Agreement', which morphs into a wall blocking the advance of a group of caricatured Western capitalists and imperialists. The Cyrillic title at bottom reads: 'Stop Armaments Race!' The printed signature of artist M. Abramov appears beneath the illustration at right, while a publishing line at center indicates that the poster was produced in Moscow in 1976. Shows slight wear to the edges, else very good to fine.
