WITH: Full-color poster showing a smug man seated at a table, surrounded by plates of uneaten food, above the caption: 'SIR - don't waste while your wife saves...Adopt the doctrine of the clean plate'. The bottom edge bears the designation 'No. 20' and the publisher's line from the W. F. Powers Company of New York. Notable chips and loss to the edges, reinforced on the verso with tape.
