'THE GREAT ADDITION TO SPIRITUAL MISERY OF THE JEWISH PEOPLE', CA. 1743
Antique anti-Semitic book: 'Das Grosse Zumahlen Geistliche Elend Des Judischen Volckes' by Gottfried Thomas Zeitmann (Frankfurt Am Mann: Gedruckt mit Andreaischen Schrissten), 1743. 54pp. 4 x 7 in. Complete edition, in original cover constructed of cardboard and colored marble paper, as was standard at the time. Untranslated, yet apparently written by a Protestant author and rails against circumcision, 'Jewish stubbornness', and more. Slight cockling to the interior pages, commensurate with age, else very good.
