KIRILL S. MOSKALENKO
(1902 - 1985) Soviet general who broke out of the Kiev trap and later forced Guderian's withdrawal from Moscow, essentially saving the city. Partly-printed D.S. as Commander of the 38th Army, 2pp. 4to., 1948, an attestation as to the competence of the 38th Army's head of finance. Very good.
