A ZOOMORPHIC TERRACOTTA ASKOS
Byzantine Period, 4th-6th century CE. 16 cm long and 13.5 cm high. The animal, probably a donkey, is carrying two jugs. The surface is porous but in one piece and in fair condition. Ex Abraham Rosen collection, New York.
