Maggid Meisharim, by the Beit Yosef—kabbalah. Early edition, Zolkva, 1773
Maggid Meisharim on the Torah, with “exegesis on sodot discovered by a simple man, the gaon Yosef Karo.” 56 pages. Tears in the margins of the title page and more pages. Few moth marks, stains. Old binding partially detached. Overall good condition. The back of the binding has a sticker testifying that this copy was saved from destruction during the Shoah in Poland. The title page has a note of ownership: “Yisrael Zvi ben Yitzhak.” And “Yosef Shochet.”
