Vol. 3: The Jews among the Greeks and Romans, by Max Radin. 1915–1916, 421 pp. First edition, with a picture of Titus’ Arch in Rome.

Vol. 4: Jewish Life in the Middle Ages, by Israel Abrahams, 1917. XXVI, 452 pp. Not the first edition.

An important series of the major studies of American Jewry in the early 20th century. Although written a hundred years ago, they have not lost their flavor.

In excellent condition, with their original half-leather gilded bindings (one restored). The paper edges are gilded. Printed on high-quality paper.
