BENITO MUSSOLINI
(1883 - 1945) Italian dictator whose fascist supporters marched on Rome, securing him power; allied with Hitler, after many military and political setbacks he was captured and executed at war's end by partisans. Partly-printed D.S. in Italian, 1p. sm. folio, Rome, March 28, 1935, untranslated. Also signed by VICTOR EMMANUEL III (1869 - 1947), King of Italy from July 29, 1900 until his abdication in 1946. Both have signed their names in black ink on the first page. Also bears a stamp from the Ministry of Finance at bottom, with unresearched signature beneath. Small filing holes along left edge, else very good.
