(1892 - 1946) Nazi occupation governor of Holland and deputy governor of Poland, executed as war criminal. D.S., 1p. oblong 8vo., Nuremberg, Nov. 16, 1945, an attestation that the signature he has applied to the sheet is his 'proper signature'. Fine. WITH: Two 2 x 3 in. copy photos of the war criminal in uniform, and following his execution.
