MENU FROM THE HINDENBURG
Menu from a meal served aboard the ill-fated airship Hindenburg, 2pp. 8vo., Mar. 26, 1936, pictures the airship in flight, with her hangar below. Both lunch and dinner menus are listed, and included chicken fricassee, asparagus tips, beef loin, baked potatoes, etc. Scattered light foxing, horizontal fold.
