Lot of three signed books from notable NASA astronauts, including: BILL NELSON (b. 1942), United States Senator from Florida from 2001 to 2019, appointed to serve on NASA's advisory council in 2019, and served as a Payload Specialist on Space Shuttle Columbia's STS-61-C mission. His book "Mission" (Orlando, FL: Harcourt Brace Jovanovich), 1988. First edition. 8vo., 317pp, with dust jacket. Nelson signs on the front flyleaf in blue ink with the date "1988" and the dedication "To Larry, Butler, My Coadventurer!" Fine. WITH: RICHARD "MIKE" MULLANE (b. 1945), NASA astronaut who flew as a mission specialist on the STS-41-D, STS-27, and STS-36 space shuttle missions. His signed paperback book: "Do Your Ears Pop in Space?" (New York: John Wiley and Sons, Inc.), 1997, 8vo. 240pp. Mullane signs in black ink on the half title page, adding an inscription to Walt thanking him for an endorsement. Fine. WITH: JOSEPH P. ALLEN (b. 1937), NASA astronaut who logged more than 3,000 hours flying time in jet aircraft, and served as mission specialist aboard the space shuttle "Columbia" and the orbiter "Discovery". His signed photobook: "Entering Space" (New York: Steward, Tabori & Chang), 1984, oblong 4to. 239pp., signed in black ink on the half title page, adding the missions on which he has served and the inscription: "To Bob - with special best wishes from a fellow aerospace enthusiast!" Fine.
