Russian Commemorative Medallion Plaque issued by The State Hermitage Museum, St. Petersburg Russia in memory of the Napoleon War. After the original by Artist F. Tolstoy (1783-1873) in memory of the Napoleon War, 1819. In the center of the composition Russian warrior-leberator in armor standing on the bank of the Rhine before river god.
