Wing Young Huie (American, b. 1966). Group of two photographs. One large silver gelatin print depicting a group of men wrestling in front of a car, signed along the lower right. One smaller c-print depicting a man seated in prayer, inscribed "Fulan [sic] Gong protestor, 9 Months in America Series, 2002."
Larger photograph; height: 20 1/4 in x width: 27 1/2 in. Smaller photograph; height: 14 in x width: 11 in.
Condition: The photographs are in generally good condition with no major creases, or visible tears or losses. No visible sign of restoration under UV light. The photograph of men wrestling has creases along the upper margin; there is a 4 inch crease to the lower right quadrant. There are a few other scattered areas with minor creases throughout. There is an unidentified residue to the lower and upper corners. There is a minute tear to the upper left corner. Light discoloration along the margins, does not affect the photograph. Along the verso, there are several areas with residue and tape.
The photograph of a seated man is affixed to the cardboard along the upper margin. No visible tears, creases, or losses. The emulsion appears to be smooth with no break.
