Abraham Walkowitz (Russian/American, 1878-1965). Watercolor on paper figural study painting depicting the famous American dancer Isadora Duncan in a loose blue dress with her hands raised to her head. Signed along the lower right.
Sight; height: 13 1/2 in x width: 8 in. Framed; height: 21 in x width: 15 1/4 in.
Condition: The item is in good condition with no visible tears, creases, or losses. The paper is toned and expected to have mat burn considering that the edges of the mat are browned. There is undulation to the center. When inspected under UV light, there is no visible sign of restoration. The item is framed under plexiglass; not inspected out of frame.
