Small Chinese Sung dynasty style Cizhou type footed bowl or dish glazed black with five russet splashes and a white border.
Height: 1 1/2 in x diameter: 4 in.
Condition: The dish is in great condition with no visible chips, cracks, or losses. Light wear throughout. Original firing and glazing flaws. No visible chips to the rim. There is a minute accretion to the footrim; wear to the underside, consistent with age and use. When inspected under UV light, there is no visible sign of restoration.
