Small Redware Pitcher
Small redware stoneware ceramic pottery pitcher with a glossy brown glaze. With an ovoid body, slightly flared rim, and handle.
Height: 5 1/4 in x diameter: 4 1/2 in.
Condition: The pitcher is in good condition in general; no major chips, cracks, or dents. Wear and crazing to the glaze throughout. There is a minute chip on its rim. There is a 1/8 inch long chip to its handle. Along the neck, there is a crack that measures 1/8 inch. Along the interior, there is a 1 inch long accretion that is only visible under UV light. Wear to the foot rim, consistent with its age and use. No sign of restoration under UV inspection. Please contact us for a detailed condition report.
