One folk art painting depicting a mill, signed "Painted by Nancy Fowler" along the verso; one painting depicting a family fishing in the woods, illegibly signed along the lower left; one painting depicting a grove of trees with dramatic thunderclouds in the background, illegibly signed along the lower left; and one painting depicting a farm scene, signed "Sprague" along the lower left and inscribed "Cortelyou House, a Relic of 1776 (Long Island)" along the lower center.
(Unframed) Height ranges from 11 in to 22 1/4 in; width ranges from 14 in to 30 in. (Framed) height: 15 3/4 in to 25 1/2 in; width ranges from 19 in to 33 1/2 in.
