Obverse reads "APOLLO XI" across the top, and "ARMSTRONG-ALDRIN-COLLINS" with an image of Armstrong and Aldrin before the lunar lander. The reverse reads "APOLLO XI" across the top, "JULY 16-24, 1964" across the bottom, and "MISSION: MANNED LUNAR LANDING. ROCKET: SATURN V".
